Zomee now backs every pump in its lineup with a 3- or 4-year warranty on eligible pumps purchased on or after October 22, 2026, and replaces eligible defective pumps instead of repairing them. See the full Zomee breast pump warranty for terms.

Your pump is the thing you reach for at 6am, between meetings, and at 2am when the house is finally quiet. Wondering whether it will work when you need it is one worry too many. So, we're doing something about it.

Starting October 22, 2026, we're enhancing our breast pump warranty across our whole pump lineup, with coverage of up to four years on select models. It's our strongest warranty commitment yet, and it's our way of backing what we build.

How Long Is the Zomee Breast Pump Warranty?

Here's the new coverage by pump:

Applies to eligible pumps purchased on or after October 22, 2026. Coverage applies to the pump motor and begins on the original purchase date.

That's industry-leading warranty protection, with coverage up to 3 years longer than other leading pumps. * Your warranty period begins on the date you originally purchased your pump.

Why We Enhanced Our Pump Warranty

We believe in what we build, and we want to put that belief behind every pump. A warranty is one of the clearest ways to do that. It says we trust the materials, the design, and the way each pump is made, and that we'll stand by you if something goes wrong.

It also fits how a lot of you actually use your pumps. Many insurance plans now cover a new pump every three years only. As our founder and CEO, Dina Shanowitz, put it: "With many insurances now only covering a new pump every three years, with our longer warranties, many moms will be able to use their pumps across multiple pregnancies without worry."

Replacement For Eligible Pumps, Not Just Repair

Here's the part we're most excited about. Many brands send eligible defective pumps in for repair, which can leave you without a pump for a long stretch. That's the last thing you need when you're pumping on a schedule.

With our warranty, we replace eligible defective products instead of asking you to wait on a repair.* Replacement is subject to warranty terms and claim approval.

What Does the Zomee Pump Warranty Cover?

The warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship during your warranty period. If your pump has a defect from how it was made, that's what this is for.

It doesn't cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, and other exclusions listed in the warranty terms. Pump parts like valves and diaphragms wear with regular use, which is normal, so keeping a spare set around is a good habit.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If something seems off with your pump:

  1. Have your proof of purchase ready. It's required for every warranty claim.

  2. Be ready to share more. We may ask for additional documentation or a video of the issue so we can see what's happening.

  3. Visit our breast pump warranty page for complete details, eligibility requirements, and how to get started.

Not sure whether what you're seeing is a defect or a setting, a part, or a fit issue? The Zomee Mom Line™ is real moms and certified lactation consultants who can help you troubleshoot, free of charge.
