Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. For custom or made-to-order products, processing time may take up to 20 days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer standard and expedited shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (U.S. and Canada)

Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (U.S. only)

Economy Shipping: 5-7 business days (U.S. only)

Military Bases (APO/FPO): Shipping times may vary; please allow additional time for delivery.
Please note that delivery of in-stock items will be completed within 14 days of purchase. For custom or made-to-order products, shipping will be completed within 7 days after processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and delivery location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package’s journey.
International Shipping

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at support@zomee.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
Shipping Policy Addition:
All breast pumps shipped directly from the Zomee warehouse require a signature upon delivery. This policy ensures the secure receipt of your order and helps prevent any loss or theft during transit. Please make sure someone is available to sign for the package at the delivery address.
