Once you receive tracking details, the order has been fully processed, and we will be unable to cancel your order. In this case please contact us at info@zomee.com to see if we can assist you.

30-Day Hassle Free Return Policy: Zomee offers a 30-day hassle free return period. To initiate a return, please contact info@zomee.com with your order number and the name it was placed under. Please see our requirements for online returns.

  • We are happy to accept returns of items that are unused and in their original packaging.
  • We do not provide shipping labels for returns.
  • Return shipping costs are the purchaser's responsibility, and the original shipping fees non-refundable.
  • We do not accept returns without prior approval from the Zomee Team.

Refund Details: Once we have received the returned items and inspected for quality, the purchase amount will be returned to the original payment method. Kindly allow 1-5 business days for the refund to complete processing. 

Refund Conditions: If a product is returned damaged or not in the original packaging, it will be up to the Zomee Team's discretion as to whether a refund is able to be processed.

Tips

Non-Delivery of Order: Please check with your surroundings to ensure that your package has not been misplaced by the carrier or left with a neighbor. If you think your package was lost, please file a claim with the carrier. Contact info@zomee.com once you have obtained proof of a claim and we can see how best to proceed. 

Wrong Size Flanges: If you think you may have ordered the wrong flange size, please let us know. Email the Zomee Team at info@zomee.com to check if we may be able to send you a courtesy pair. 

Breast Pump Returns: We are unable to accept returns of used breast pumps purchased on our website. After a pump has been removed from its original secure packaging, it is no longer eligible for a return. If you are experiencing issues with your Zomee breast pump, do not hesitate to contact our moms on Call to troubleshoot and see if you qualify under the warranty for replacement items.
