We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items bought directly from Zomee.com. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

When used with the Hands-Free Collection Cups, this system is designed to operate in a way that avoids direct user interaction during Shabbat, aligning with guidelines for permissible use and allowing you to collect, keep, and use the milk you pump.

How does the Mother’s Nature(TM) H1 ensure compliance?

Shabbat Mode™ allows you to pre-set pumping intervals and session duration before Shabbat begins. Once activated, the pump runs automatically, and all controls are disabled during operation, so there is no need to press buttons, adjust settings, or interact with the device while in use.

Do I need to prepare anything before Shabbat?

Yes. Before Shabbat, you should fully charge or plug in the pump motor and attach the Hands-Free Collection Cups. Then, program your desired settings, including timing and duration. Once Shabbat begins, the pump will follow your preset schedule automatically, allowing you to pump and collect milk without manual ntervention.
