We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items bought directly from Zomee.com. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

How do I know when it's time to replace the tubing on my Collection Cups?

Replace the tubing immediately if you notice moisture inside the tube, cracking, discoloration, debris, or any other visible damage. Never pump with damaged or compromised tubing.

Can milk or moisture damage the tubing if not cleaned promptly?

Zomee breast pumps feature anti-backflow protection, which helps prevent milk from entering the tubing or pump motor. If you notice milk, moisture, discoloration, or debris inside the tubing, discontinue use and replace the tubing immediately. We also recommend contacting the Mom Line™ for assistance in determining whether you qualify for warranty-covered replacement parts or whether your pump motor may have been affected.
