We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items bought directly from Zomee.com. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Does NOT work well. The bottons and instructions are not the same. Ive yet to get it to get cold but when it Does work it has a strong vibration and gets very warm.
