I wanted to reach out because our NICU Nurse Practitioner came back to work today, so I was talking to her about the pump and she said it works AWESOME! She said that combination mode helps her remove the most milk of any pump she has ever used. She also loves the silicone flanges and it's a very comfortable pump.
