Zomee offers a no-hassle return policy for items purchased directly from our website. As long as they are unused/unopened and in the original packaging, we are happy to accept the return of items that have been purchased within the last 30 days.

All Zomee breast pumps have a warranty that covers any manufacturer defects and can be processed through a warranty claim. Zomee does not provide replacement pump parts. We highly recommend regularly replacing pump parts in order to maintain the proper performance of a Zomee breast pump. Please reach out to your insurance provider to see if your benefits cover replacement parts, as we do not process insurance or accept FSA/HSA as payment.
