unused/unopened and in the original packaging. Our hassle-free returns are available within 30 days of the purchase date. Orders made after 2pm will be processed and shipped the next business day. Expedited shipping orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following business day. After processing, orders cannot be updated or cancelled. To cancel an order, the customer will visit the My Account section & raise a cancel request for the order. Clicking the Return Request button, you can click the Cancel button to cancel the order.

All Zomee breast pumps have a warranty that covers any manufacturer defects and can be processed through a warranty claim. Zomee does not provide courtesy replacement pump parts. We highly recommend regularly replacing pump parts to maintain the proper performance of the pump. Please reach out to your insurance provider to see if your benefits cover replacement parts, as we do not process insurance or accept FSA/HSA as payment.
