Returns & Refunds
Only products purchased from Zomee.com may be returned directly to us. Items must be
unused/unopened and in the original packaging. Our hassle-free returns are available within 30 days of the purchase date. Zomee will only refund the purchase price of the product and any sales tax paid, and the refund will be made to the original form of payment. Kindly allow up to 7 business days for the returned funds to complete processing. Please contact Info@zomee.com with your order number and reason for return, so that we may check if the purchase is suitable to our terms and able to be returned. Exchanges
If you need to exchange your product for a different size or style, items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in its original condition. Please contact Info@zomee.com with your order number and reason, so that we may check if the purchase is suitable to our terms and able to be exchanged. You are responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping
Orders made after 2pm will be processed and shipped the next business day. Expedited shipping orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following business day. After processing, orders cannot be updated or cancelled. To cancel an order, the customer will visit the My Account section & raise a cancel request for the order. Clicking the Return Request button, you can click the Cancel button to cancel the order.
Warranty
All Zomee breast pumps have a warranty that covers any manufacturer defects and can be processed through a warranty claim. Zomee does not provide courtesy replacement pump parts. We highly recommend regularly replacing pump parts to maintain the proper performance of the pump. Please reach out to your insurance provider to see if your benefits cover replacement parts, as we do not process insurance or accept FSA/HSA as payment.
