We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items bought directly from Zomee.com. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

We recommend replacing the valves every 1–3 months, or sooner if you notice reduced suction. Duckbill Valves are one of the most frequently replaced pump parts and can have a significant impact on pump performance.

Is this duckbill valve interchangeable with the standard Z1/Z2 duckbill valve?

No. The Hands-Free Collection Cup Duckbill Valves are designed specifically for the Hands-Free Collection Cups.
