We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items bought directly from Zomee.com. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Are these worn during nursing, like a traditional nipple shield, or between feedings?

The Silver Nursing Shields are designed to be worn between feedings, not during breastfeeding or pumping.

How does silver help soothe or protect sore nipples?

The shields create a protective barrier between sore or cracked nipples and clothing, while silver has natural antimicrobial properties.

How do I clean between uses?

Rinse the Silver Nursing Shields with warm or lukewarm water after each use to remove milk residue. Pat them completely dry with a soft cloth to help prevent water spots and oxidation.

What's the difference between the Standard and Large sizes?

Choose the size based on your measurements and the product sizing guide: Standard Size is 43 x 6.5 mm (areola under 43mm, bra size up to 32mm), and Large Size is 44 x 12 mm (areola under 44mm, bra size from 34mm).

Can I use these alongside lanolin nipple cream?

Do not use lanolin nipple cream underneath the silver nursing shields, as the cream creates a barrier between the silver and your skin.
