Returns & Refunds
All item(s) being returned to us must have been purchased directly from Zomee.
Products purchased from other retail stores must be returned to the original place of purchase, per that retailer’s return policy. Please contact the store where the purchase was made to review their refund/return policy.
You will be refunded the cost of the item(s) purchased excluding the shipping charges. Refunds are provided in the original form of payment for the purchase price of the item including sales tax. Returns are subject to evaluation by Zomee, and proof of purchase is required.
Email your return request to info@zomee.com and include the order number, name of purchaser, and reason for return.

Online purchases are not eligible for exchanges.
Items must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Returns beyond this time limit will be refused and mailed back to the shipping address of the original order. Customer must send a prepaid label to info@zomee.com.
To qualify for a refund
Breast pumps must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Due to the personal nature of these items, pumps must be returned unused and unopened, with the factory seal and packaging intact.
Accessories must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Due to the personal nature of these items, pumps must be returned unused and unopened, with the factory seal and packaging intact. Item(s) cannot be exchanged for an updated size and should be returned so a new purchase can be made.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your product for a different size or style, items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in its original condition. Please contact Info@zomee.com with your order number and reason, so that we may check if the purchase is suitable to our terms and able to be exchanged. You are responsible for all shipping charges.

Shipping
Orders made after 2pm EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Expedited shipping orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following business day. After processing, orders cannot be updated. To cancel an order, visit the ‘My Account’ section and raise a cancel request for the order OR select the return request icon.
Shipping Concerns: When a package is confirmed as "delivered" by the carrier, but the customer hasn't received it, this usually means there was a delivery error, such as the package being left in the wrong place, mistakenly delivered to a neighbor, or a system error where the delivery status was incorrectly updated. In such cases, the customer should first check their immediate surroundings and then contact the carrier to investigate further. We cannot re-ship an order until we receive proof that a claim was filed with the carrier. Please contact info@zomee.com within 30 days of non-receipt of an order to notify Zomee.
Recycling
You can drop your used Zomee breast pump motor off at your local electronics waste facility, as we do not accept returned pumps. Thank you for supporting us in our efforts to minimize waste and act responsibly!
Warranty
All Zomee breast pumps have a warranty that covers any manufacturer defects and can be processed through a warranty claim. Zomee does not provide courtesy replacement pump parts. We highly recommend regularly replacing breast shield kit parts to maintain the proper performance of the pump. Please reach out to your insurance provider to see if your benefits cover replacement parts, as we do not process insurance or accept FSA/HAS as payment.
